I have been on the phone twice tonight, first time for thirty five minutes and the second for 23 minutes. The second time i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there is not one available, this is not the first time I have this unacceptable experience with this company I guess I should go back to Comcast, thei customer service is no. 1
