I bought what I thought was a real North Face jacket, (not sure if its a replica) for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. When he opened it and tried it on the zipper was broken. The only communication I can have with these folks are via e-mail and they are not on the same time zone as I am in the USA so 1 sentence answers from them at a time, once a day They will not allow me to return the item for full refund, want to only give me $20 for repair and infact want me to buy another BROKEN jacket for ONLY $60. I would never buy from this company again and in fact if I knew when I bought the item it was coming from CHINA then I would not be currently typing this complaint! This company should be seized, they are partaking in internet fraud.
