We wanted a North Face Jacket at a sale price. I usually would shop in the store but recently had surgery and needed to shop on line. I received the jacket we ordered but it is not what I expected. The zipper in backwards and the level of warmth is not what was stated. I have tried to get in touch with the co. To return but have not had any luck
