Terrific Customer Service People

I wanted to add to a recent review of Albertson's store 2709 on College ave in Baton Rouge. I feel the reason my experience was so good was due to the excellent employees helping me. One girl, Katrina, is a warm friendly person that promotes the fresh hot bread she is a welcome ray of sunshine. The impression she made prompted me to find her manager, Todd, and let him know.

The guy that helped me find Todd was Donnie (I think) the produce manager. I took time to tell him how I appreciated the excellent quality produce the store offered. He told me to contact him anytime should I require something I did not see or need more information. I really appreciated that because I did have questions that he promptly answered.
Then I met Todd the manager 30 minutes after he was supposed to be out the door. (Donnie told me he might be in) It was clear why this store had such friendly people. After a long day he was as friendly as a person that just walked in the door, now that was really impressive.
Everyone I encountered from the Bakery Manager, the bread lady (Katrina), the produce people, checkers (wish I knew the names) to the sacker was excellent.
Keep up the great work Albertson's 2709 you made this new Baton Rouge lady feel extra welcome.
