PODS is unreliable

I recently choose to use PODS for a move from Michigan to Pennsylvania. I was moving to Europe and wanted to store all my stuff at my parents house. I had a somewhat tight window with only 3 days between my delivery date and the day I left. The day before my delivery I was contacted to say my Pod would be a day late, not cool but I still had time to unload and get what I needed. The delivery day came with no word on when my delivery would arrive I waited a little but decided to call to find out when it would come. Only when I called them did I get word that my delivery would not be coming and my pod would not arrive until at least Monday (3 days after the scheduled delivery date) which is when my plane lands in Finland for a 4 month work trip. They could give me no explanation as to why it wouldn't arrive and could give me no ETA for when it actually would arrive, all I got was, "the driver won't be in until Monday." When I asked what they would do to make things right I was given a big solid nothing. I paid over $1200 and when they couldn't hold up their end of the agreement they basically told me was out of luck. As of the writing of this review I still have no answers and no Pod (which contains items I intended to take with me). On top of all that I was charged an extra $100 for insurance that my sales rep told me was included. Do not use PODS if you have any sort of strict time line, they are unreliable and untrustworthy.
