Pure Collagen and Juveneu

I recently visited a website for trialling Pure Collagen as a part of their Anti-Aging System. Even though I did not buy anything they sent me an email saying that they noticed that I visited their website and sent me the free trial regardless. I was subsequently billed for £3.95 & £73.94. I did receive the sample but was never sent any other product for the £73.94. How did they get my Tesco card details? From Juveneu! I had paid them £1.28 for postage for one of their free samples. However, I never received any free sample from them but was sent Juveneu. I was subsequently charged £54.26 for this and then another £58.73 for nothing.
