Gave debit card number for age verification on an adult web site, and this small charge hit my debit card. There was supposed to be no charge at all. I called my bank to report, and bank suggested I cancel that debit card, and reissued another. They said the scammer will try to see if the account is valid, and then possibly hit the account later for larger amounts, and it's best to cancel the card and avoid that possibility.
