Harassment, Prejudice & Threatening Employees

Kent Hall and others are harassing and trying to find anyway to fire or write up current Employees. There is alot of prejudice going on and the reason why I say this is because it's all different minorities that are being harassed and threatened. So I'm complaining to you guys because if things don't change there is going to be a big lawsuit. I'm talking to the A.C.L.U. Plus a Corporate Lawyer. This has been going on for quit some time and nothing has changed it's getting worse and the Morral is really bad. So this is a warning that if things don't change their will be a lawsuit. We are looking into calling Osha also because Y.R. C is not fixing the Equipment right. The Trucks are not running right, the breaks are going out etc.

My main concern and complaint is Kent Hall with this man being leader is really destroying alot of lives he has fired men without cause just because he thinks he has the upper power... And nobody cares to do anything about it. Just because he don't like certain flaws or just any little thing about an employee he right away don't like them. So he will do what he can to get rid of them and destroy their lives. It's not fair to have to go to work and always being worried or wondering if this cruel man is going to fire these men, they have to walk on egg shells and always look over their backs wondering if they even walk or talk a certain way he's going to fire them. This is not fair that nobody is doing anything about this situation and just letting it happen. My main Complaint is Kent Hall this man is so cruel and hateful and don't give a damn about anybody's life or their well being. These current employees have families that they have to feed and keep a roof over their heads. They are struggling with the economy and personal living issues and Kent Hall Just makes it worse for these poor men. I'm surprised that you guys have not taken any further action with his work skills this man don't deserve to have this job title he's giving Y.R.C. A bad reputation. Just like he tells the former employees that " He does not have to answer to anybody but himself." So this is just a fair warning that if nothing is done then further action will be taken. I'm sorry if this sounds rude but this has gone to far and has got to stop Kent Hall is hurting many families.
