Pc lied, cheated, stole, wrongful terminations galore!

Do not go to work for pcs. They pay all their drivers a flat rate which is part safety bonus. They make the managers and supervisors ride all the drives to death because they always make sure they are running a couple of drivers short so they can force the drivers to work 13-16 hours a day on a flat rate. Then, it is their policy to take the drivers safety bonus away on the drop of a hat for "service failures" which are not even legitimate. They just make stuff up so they can short their employees pay.

I managed the Kent, WA facility for almost a year. During that time I sold out for the company. I worked 24/7/365 to build their business for them. I was rewarded by being terminated because the owner and top management were afraid of me and were threatened that I was becoming too powerful within the company and that I was starting to effect positive change and increase retention. Of course this meant larger labor expenditures and that is not acceptable at PCS. Furthermore, the owner of PCS James Holman is a coward. Him and his "lifers" on the PCS staff arr bible thumping elitists who utilitze a double standard.

I saw first hand day to day how they run their company and what their business ethics are all about. It is a broken company that rely's on overworking and underpaying their drivers. DO NOT GO TO WORK FOR PCS.

I have been away from the company for almost a year, and I am still fuming about this place. I want this to be a direct and clear warning for anyone considering employment with PCS... PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Not only will they fire you within 6 months for a trumped up reason, but they will illegally provide negative references for you if you list them on a resume and a prospective employer calls them.
