We rented a house to Dorothy Uwanwich and Sam Marks in Scottsdale, AZ. They have never paid their deposit, and are now on the second month of rent. Her references must have been friends. Upon further research, she appears to have made fradulent claims as a psychic and has used several names, including publishing a book under the name Regina Milbourne.

Her real name may be Gina Marie Marks and her husband Sam may be Sunny Miller. Beware these two!

They have three young children, two boys and a girl. When we had them served with papers, they allowed their 3 year old girl to answer the door while they were in bed.
