I was checking my bank account as I normally due and happen to see this charge for $39.95 being billed to me. I immediately investigated and contact the company. I told them that I did not request their services nor do I have a need for it. I asked them to reverse the charges and that I was going to file a complaint against them to the FTC the Federal Trade Commission for there illegal practices. I asked them where did they get my information from, and they did not respond. People like should not be allowed to prey upon unsuspecting and innocent people. My bank is refunding my money and it should be posted back into my account within the next 24 hrs. Some people are not that lucky and suffer a lost for these low life scamers. We have a voice and can stop this type of behavior by writing our legilatorers to pass a bill prosecute these bums quickly and expediantly to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. Let's get together to form a petition and send to our legislators to make them earn their money. Every-one who has written in needs to start a petition going to get as many signatures and stories to submit the our senators and congresmen.
