I ordered a print on 11/30 and received an email on 12/2 stating that teh shipment would be delayed (ship out date was changed to 12/7) due to lack of inventory in stock. I had not received my product by 12/20 so I emailed them to cancel my order since getting in touch with them by phone was impossible. It is now 12/28 and I have not received a response (except the automatic reply stating they would get back to me in 3-5 business days) or a refund. I am beyond frustrated!
