Alleged company debited my checking account for what it calls 'membership' fee. We never signed up for this service. I am contacting the BBB about this and also the state of Delaware government office, the location of this company. The company has yet to credit back the $39.95. I have called 4 times to tell them to do this and nothing has happened.
