I to have had the same thing happen to me they are always closed or updating the phone lines. Then you email them and no response these people are crooks and we should take action against them with a class action suit! They also say its a visa but i have read on here that its a catolog card. These people are crooks!!! I have tried to contact them over 35 times through email and no response i have called over 40 times with no answer.
