Rip-off! Unauthorized charges! Falsified audiotape

I was offered 4 magazines for a total of 4 years. I had to pay 34.00 a month, which i did for about 6 months. Then i got a call from them, and they thanked me for being such a good customer. I was in a hurry, and busy. But i listened to the caller briefly just state, that for being a good customer i was going to recieve and gift and be entered in some sweet stakes. Then she went over with me what i had already been recieving, and i told her "ok this is what i have already right?" she said yes.

I found out later that i had been billed twice in the same month. So i called and asked why, they stated that i had ordered another order. Which i did not, and told the supervisor i did not make that order. He said i did and wanted to me to listen to my conversation with that person. He refused to let me cancel that order that i didn't even make. And threatened that if i didn't pay it, they would ruin my credit. Later i called my bank, and i had learned that they had taken out another payment in that same month the day before. The bank told me that it was not electronic automatic payment, and in fact they were using my credit card.
