I ordered UGG boots for a Christmas present and the WEDOPAY immediately took the money from my credit card. I have the transaction receipt. I never got the boots - fake UGGS or not, I got nothing. They even went so far as to send me a fake tracking number which has to this day no information. Can they not be sued for credit card fraud? I learned a good lesson but at a large expense. Few people can afford $94.23 for boots and that is not to mention the disappointment when my daughter did not get her boots for Christmas.
