Delivery Issues... Ask & you won't receive

After paying $2.99 to get same-day delivery, & receiving an email verifying delivery, the next day I find out that the recipient did NOT receive the flowers on that day, but the next day. Then I receive another email the following day, asking me if my order was delivered on the proper day (the day I wanted it to be delivered). You mean to tell me, you're emailing me, saying my order has been delivered, when you don't really know if it was or not??? How professional! All I know is, I want my $2.99 back, & you'll never receive another order from me ever again!!
