I ordered (2) 7 inch netbooks and (1) Android tablet on 12-14-11 paid extra for 3-5 day shipping On the 19th there was still no shipping information. I called for 2 days and left messages with no answer or no return call. On 21st at 9:00 p. M I get a call from them wanting us to upgrade all 3 for $50.00 each totally $150.00 more and were told we were guarteed to have these on or before 12-24-11. They did not come we have made several trips to our postal service and were told that our tracking number that we were sent is not in the system. This was for my 3 children for Christmas. This has ruined our Christmas!
