Checked bank account, and saw a debit purchase for $297 from Sncf internet iles les Mel. Told bank couldn't do anything that day except stop my atm card. Next morning checking account I see a foreign fee for 8.79, another foreign 7.16 a insufficient fund fee $22, Sncf DEPOSITED $237, then withdrew 238. All that after citizens bank said they would stop the card transactions
