Original saw account withdraw on 11/29 informed my bank it was an unauthorized charge bank refunded my money only to have charge show back up on account 2 weeks later (12/09) had called the 1-818 # actually got a rep who assured that the money would be refunded in 3-5 business days which it was not. Should have known when the women rep asked if there was anyone else on the line.
