I have agirl frienf in Nigeria sending me a envelope back by fed ex and first i paid $ 300.00 to have it sent well it was to arrive today 21 December but it didnt. I waite all day nothing. Well i heard from her this evening and she said i have to pay a tax and a clearence fee in order for them to send the envolope. A cosy of $ 475.00 I think this is way over the top and just a sacm. And I told my girl the same. So what do you think.???
