George Henry Flauta III con artist exploiting children to steal money

I would like to report a man who goes by the name of George Flauta. His full legal name, I believe is George Henry Flauta, III. He is a con man who is responsible for the theft of thousands of dollars from other people. He has even robbed and scammed an elderly couple in Boulder, Colorado. He claims to need the money to pay for his two daughters medical treatments and medications. From what I've seen of his online profiles, he's been using the stolen money to buy hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of video games and world of Warcraft cards instead of the medicine he claims they need.
