I just received a overdraft notice from my bank saying that they with drew it out of my account with out permission. I just called them three times and they finally answered and told me that they are going to refund my account in 15 days. I told them that if they did not that i would file a lawsuit against them. This was the second time that they withdrew the money except the first time it was denied by my bank. So if there is anyone else that would like to file a lawsuit against them with me let me know.
