Possible Attempted Fraud

I placed an order to purchase a sum of foreign currency and although I have tried to contact personnel at this address they will not respond to my various e-mails and in speaking to a 'Leonard' there; allegedly a supervisor, his response via telephone was curt and very insencire. To the point it raised a red-flag to me. I then searched the internet for complaints against this organization and found many regarding their many fraudulent transactions. Finding out they are currently under investigation by the IRS and the FBI.

Further I was informed that instead of sending the items purchased, Foreign currency; they send a CD showing the alleged pictures of the monies but they 'hold' these monies and send the buyer this CD for an extra US $10.00 but NOT the monies. Holding these funds allegedly for the "benefit" of the buyer but not allowing the buyer to receive the currencies purchased. Plus they made verbal promises that they have yet to follow up in writing. This complete situation reeks of dishonesty in my opinion.

In an attempt to notify the Better Business Bureau in Salt Lake City, Utah I was unable to make contact via the telephone. This organization does not allow calls to get past the recorded messages and it became impossible to report or to speak to a person via telephone there. Is this typical of all attempts at Utah transactions?
