False advertised and took money stating for me to receive voucher only to receive paper nothing and not a way to redeem said voucher Internet

In local magazine there was an advertisement for free 2000 dollar voucher in my area for 19.99 they asked multiple questions about where i shop and assued me i could use this voucher there. When i received the so called voucher it was a website of coupons that you could go to independently for free and no so called activation of the voucher. Its fraud they took my money and i called the customer service # and it was only automated. So later today i called the original # stating i wanted my money and to speak with a supervisor at which was refused. She a woman named nicole gave me the cs #. Once again i told her i was going to report them due to fraud and that on the internet i found hundreds of thousand complainnts. She said do what you have to. So i called the cs# again and to my suprise spoke with a man named joe and i told him the same and told him i want my money to be refunded due to i can go on the internet and print free coupons and they are falsely advertising. He states that my money will be refunded to my credit card within 3-5 buisness days and i hope it is
