Beware

I sent Cap One VOD they requested more info. I resent VOD back with their letter.

I received letter dated 7-3-08 stating I had until 7-3-08 to pay 5,499.34 in full. They go onto say they do not have a valid signed agreement with me because this account was set up on line or over the phone??? They sent a copy of a statement dated Nov and Dec and a copy of a customer Agreement.

What do I do next??? I had ID theft and filed BK in 2001. This is part of that but I can not get Cap One to comply. This is the only bad mark left on my credit report. It shows charge off!
