I ordered a free sample of these products which like others never arrived. I have since contacted them (I actaully copied text from the bottom of their order page just in case this happened as there were no clear contact details for them) and after INSISTING they have agreed to refund the product cost (not the freight) - I guess thats better than most. When I called them they said that they have sent it and it will arrive but perhaps Australian customs may have it in quaratine. I said that it is not good enough to say it will arrive - how long do they expect me to wait? 6 / 12 months? The contact details are: support@bioslimforyou.com and

You MUST INSIST as they are very reluctant to agree to a refund. I advised them that despite thier website contract they overcharged on the delivery fee which was their first breach of contract and then I never received the trial pack so in effect there was no trial provided (which was part of their contract) and hence I am NOT paying for a product I never tried nor received.
