Given 14 days to provide feedback on product ordered 30 Nov that only USD $4.90 P&P charged, yet product never arrived so couldn't provide any feedback on it. Credit card charged amount of USD$84.90=NZD$113.61 on 16 Dec as hadn't cancelled the order - because I hadn't received the product to provide feedback on it. When I contacted the company 19 Dec they said that there was no way that I could get a refund, the goods were shipped 01 Dec but they didn't have any details on the shipping - company name, tracking details... They said that the goods must have been stopped by customs. Tried to get refund of the total NZD $120.23, but no luck.
