A man who couldn't speak English called and said I was pre-approved for a loan in the amount of $300 and offered me a $2.500 credit line to help improve my credit! He said there was a one time fee of $99 plus $25 for filing fee! They took the filing fees out but were unable to take out the $99 because I was already under at the bank! But $25 was deducted twice! What's worst, is in his entire speech, it sounded as if he was mumbling instead of talking because he knew I couldn't understand him!
