RIPOFF ruined my kids Xmas

I ordered 2 meerkat 50's and 2 helmets on 12/03/05. I spent 25 minutes ordering, gave credit card, was told I would have before xmas. Never recieved anything. No phone call, no email, nothing. Just a verbal confirmation #. When I called back on 12/20/05. They looked up my order, said they did not know what happened to it. They said no way by xmas. I cancelled. They are terrible. I hope people find this website as I did, and save their kids the dissapointment.
