ALLIEDW.com Unathorized Charges. Hong Kong

I was going thru my transactions histroy, and saw 2 unathorized charges hit my account. First one 46.95 2nd one 2.97. It says billpay/bills and says its from Hong Kong. First of all I live in Texas, why would I be paying bills in Hong Kong. This is so upsetting. The title says ALLIEDW.com The webpage doesnt even exist, and the phone number it has they dont answer. I dont know how they got my card info, I rarely shop online.:- (
