I ordered the products under the 17 day trial, at 14 days in I phoned the helpline to cancel as I hadn't yet recieved the products - the person who answered said I didn't need to do that my products were coming and she would extend my trial period for another 20 days. After 30 days since I ordered I still hadn't recieved the products and the total purchase price was deducted from my account. So i phone again and they insist I never called and I can't cancel now and I can't get a refund, the people are rude and barely speak english. Worst of all I've paid and I hav erecieved NOTHING!!!
