Lend Net 101

I went on line to balance my check book and found I had a O D charge of 20.00 so I started looking through the charges and there was a charge from Lend Net 101 on the 30th of November that I did not authorize. I called the bank first and then called the number listed on my bank charge for lend net. I left a message with them and they are suppose to call back. I placed the call over an hour ago and I haven't heard anything from them.
