Had seen a withdrawl in the amount of 30 dollars from my bank account. Called to see what the deal was and they told me my info was sent from someone else that they never mentioned and said it was an application fee, they never called beforehand or anything. Told me they would transfer me to a department to take care of it and hung up in my face. Called today 12/19 and they had said they would refund it in 4 to 7 business days... So i'm waiting on that to happened. They kept acting like they didn't have to refund money i feel like they stole.
