I was taken to changemyaddress.com when I googled for address change form and since the form was so familiar with the USPS address change, I never read the fine print. I was charged $9.95 for the address change and additional $29.95 for submitting it to IRS. Nowhere on the website while submitting the request it informed me in clear words that its going to charge me that much. Very bad business practices to victimize people on internet.
