Lied To

I have been a loyal customer sence 2005
Never once bounced a check or gone over any of my credit limits with any account at US Bank or other institutions.
Have always been told to freely use
the credit that was intrusted to me.
Even told that my credit line would
not be decreased unless I went over
or missed a payment. LIE!!!
Sence November my credit line has been
cut twice. I followed the rules and now
im being punished. If not resolved I will spread the word. I really thought US Bank was better than all the rest: (
