I have made no less than four (4) requests of canceling this useless plan I got scammed into with my GMAC mortgage. Each time I call the representative informs me that it will be handled immediately. But, it never happens. I'm beginning to feel this is a scam for mortgages as what they say they can provide for services I get for free anyway. They really need be investigated.
