I ordered the wen shampoo in Oct. I called them they said they would send my stuff but I have not recieved no refund or shampoo I sent $ 42.00 and some change they sent me a letter saying to sign and send back I did and put wen shampoo on the top of letter signing was suppose to be for letting them not I didn't recieve the shampoo
