I rec'd an e-mail with a link that led me to the web site. I followed along read the info and decided to sign-up. I was accepted and printed out the summary of my order and excitedly went to the web site to start the program. After log-in i was prompted to register for phone supportw / a special business coach @ 18662444755-all operators were busy. Logged off went back a couple days later - same prompt but different # 1866376 9043. This time a recorded message: No one available to take your call... Press 2 for clt relations / finance-accounting dept press 4etc. Press) to speak to the operator and leave message. I left messages and no one has called me back.
