I ordered a bag from this company, the first order did not go through so I then paid by paypal, the money was taken out of my bank on 29th and then transaction went through 11/30 through paypal. The company are demanding I make another payment as they did not receive the money. Have spoken to Paypal and they said money was sent, have transaction ID, they even contacted them and said money was sent. Even sent the company a copy of transaction in email to them. The company are a scam, they are based in Hong Kong. I now have to go through the frustration of contacting Paypal and having them get my money back. The email account does not even match the company's name for the customer service. Linzhuxioo@gmail.com all my messages are from a pearl ng [juicycoutureoutlet. Sales@gmail.com]. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you dont want to be taken for a ride!
