I can't believe I fell for this! I applied to several jobs on Craig's List. This morning, I received a reply from my first choice. I was excited, I filled out the entire application, and then it assured me it needed me to sign up to check my identity. I guess I really wanted to believe it, because I did it. THEN, I received 3 other emails from other jobs I applied to, also assuring me I am in the top 5 and asking me to sign up for the same site. It will be interesting to see what they say since I am already a member.

The thing is, having access to my credit report has already benefited me. I had something in collections that I was unaware of. For this reason, I can't be too angry, but I am pissed that my time was wasted!
