Gave them a 1/2 carrot diamond earring to reset and they gave me a fake diamond back. When l called them and told them all the information, they listened, then we argued and they hung up on me. Went down to the store and tried talking to them showing them my earring after some time it got a little heated and they told me to leave that they were calling the police. L did leave saying to myself what comes around gos around. L did cry on my way home and many times after. My mother gave me those earrings a short while before she died.
