They made an unauthorized charge using my debit card and I have been lied to along with the Credit Union Representative that has been working with me on this matter in regards to my account that they stole funds from. I have been documenting and recording conversations having a witness alongside me, while my phone is on speaker each time I have contacted them. I have also made it clear to them that I was recording each conversation, making them aware that I had them on speaker phone with a witness involved and each time I have had my witness say their name to them so as to try to get my stolen funds returned to my account.
