Unauthorized debit card charges Internet

Our teenage son is looking for a job and he came up on the web site for mystery shoppers shoppersystems.com. They advertised a $2.95 charge to sign up for the possibility of making $50 an hour.

We where charged $49.95 on February 27, March 5 and March 14 for a total of $149.85 before we realized it.

We called on March 18 and talked to customer service representative Donald Dae who refused to refund the charges. He refused to give his supervisors name and he hung up.

These charges where not authorized and we did not get anything for them.

This company is a total scam. I want to purse this but really do not know how to proceed.
