I ordered 3 sets of earphones in early October to be sent to my Grand children for Christmas. Two of the sets were received but the 3rd never showed. On 11/9 after sending many unaswered Emails, I called their customer service number. The employees seem to be in a state of haze and after 1 hour and 30 minutes they agreed to reship a different headphone as the original was now out of stock. The website indicates the item was "processed" on 11/9. As of today it is still not received. I have sent a total of 10 Emails, none were answered. Today I called and was on the phone for 45 minutes while a rep claimed to be checking. Finally another rep came on the phone and inquired how she could help me. I was probably not very nice as it was hard to understand why after 45 minutes I would have to start all over and I let her know that. Her responce was to hang up on me. I called back and asked for the customer service manager, was told they were not available for 5 hours and I should call back. She refused to take my name and have my call returned. I have finally gotten the name of their President and will write direct. I do not know what their product is like but their customer service stinks. You should buy elsewhere!
