An unauthorized ACH payment was deducted from my bank account without my knowledge. Called the number on the website and spoke with "Tom" and explained the problem. He said he closed my account and I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. It's been over a month now and still no refund. Have called 4 more times, but always get the same "Customer Service is not available at this time. Please leave a voice mail and we will get back to you" message.
