I placed an order for a pair of UGG boots I received the same confirmation letter as the others from fashion pay that states to contact them via customer service line or fax with the number of 86-0755-25195738 I have emailed the company aswell as fashion pay and have had no response from either now I am out the 87 dollars and need to buy a pair of uggs for christmas for my daughter.

I ordered four pair of uggs on 12/09 and to date I have not received them. The payment was deducted from my credit card on 12/14/09. I received no tracking numer, so I am out of 324.00
