Use extreme caution!
After several months and about 90 emails back and forth about trying to resolve a debt to the IRS, i just gave up and considered the $700 i gave to Mr. Rosaler a lost. The IRS tracks everytime you call or your enrolled agent calls. Mr Rosaler would state that he talked to XYZ and i should hear something in month... However when i contacted the IRS there where never any logs of him talking to the IRS or the IRS agreeing to a lesser amount owed.

Use extreme caution, and perhaps do not agree to full payment until certain results have been accomplished.

I will be filing a complaint with the IRS also.
