You should use extreme caution when dealing with E-Insites. I have tried for 6 months to cancel an account and they ignore my request and continue to charge my credit card $39.95 per month. They will not answer the phone ever (and I do mean ever). I have left several messages and never got a return call. I have also sent them numerous emails. I have also contacted the police and my credit card company to see about filing fraud charges. I have even put a block on my credit card and they still manage to charge it each month. My next step has to be canceling my credit card.
