Ordered a pair of boots, received them and they were such a bad fake. Could have had my 4 year old make a better pair for me. Have seen better boots from Giant Tiger! Want to return them and the company charges 20% restocking fee, 20% non-refundable credit card charge plus I pay to return them.in the end makes no sense to return them, but I figure this is what they are counting on. I have emailed them several times and no one will return my email with info as to where to send them back. Quite a common occurance from what I have read. I can no longer access the website either, disappeared into thin air!!! All I know is that "SALLY" from china is not giving me the info I need to return these crap boots.
